HONJO & CO., LTD.   • 2.Personal information shall be acquired and handled properly and appropriately within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use notified or publicly announced in advance.
  • 3.The Company takes appropriate security measures to prevent loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information and anonymized information.
  • 4.When providing personal information or anonymized information to third parties, the Company will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • 5.The Company will respond as promptly as possible to requests and inquiries regarding disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., of personal information, as well as questions about anonymized information.

Outsourcing of Privacy Information

To provide better services, the Company may outsource part of its operations and may entrust privacy information (limited to systematically organized and retrievable information) to contractors.
In such cases, the Company will select contractors that meet sufficient privacy protection standards, enter into appropriate contracts regarding the protection of privacy information, and supervise and manage such contractors appropriately.
