① Work in Accounting and HR
As a “behind-the-scenes supporter” of the community’s daily life, this role builds and strengthens the foundation of the company.

Main Responsibilities

Organizing invoices and receipts; bookkeeping and data entry
(using TKC accounting software)
Managing sales and cash flow data; handling simple bank procedures
Payroll calculation and attendance management
(using Excel and management software)
Handling social and employment insurance procedures
(in coordination with a labor and social security attorney)
Supporting year-end closing operations
(in coordination with the company’s tax accountant)

② Work in Order Processing
You’ll serve as the “face of the company,” ensuring smooth communication and coordination with customers and business partners.

Main Responsibilities

Receiving orders by phone, fax, or email, and entering order details into the system
Preparing delivery slips and quotations, and handling simple schedule adjustments
Checking inventory and placing orders for products such as gasoline and auto parts
Coordinating internally with on-site staff

Job Details

Employment Type Part-time or full-time (negotiable)
Location Head Office
Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break; shorter hours negotiable)
Salary Hourly or monthly, depending on experience
Holidays Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), national holidays, summer, and year-end/new year holidays
Benefits Full social insurance, transportation allowance
