Recruitment Privacy Policy

Honjo Shoten Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will appropriately manage and handle applicants’ personal information in accordance with the following handling policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) and the Company’s “Privacy Policy” which governs the management of personal information.
When applying for a position with the Company, you are required to carefully read this Policy and the Privacy Policy, and provide your consent to both.

Article 1 
Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The personal information provided in your application will be used solely for the following purposes:

Article 2 
Handling of Documents and Electronic Data

  • 1.Any documents submitted during the application process will not be returned, regardless of whether the applicant is hired or not.
  • 2.The documents and/or electronic data provided in the application will be properly managed by the Company and will be disposed of or deleted at an appropriate time. The Company shall bear no obligation to the applicant regarding the retention or disposal of such documents or data.

Article 3 
Exclusions

Even if the submission appears to be an application for a position at the Company, if its content does not fall within the scope of this Policy, it shall be excluded from the application of this Policy.

Article 4 
Handling When Personal Information Is Not Provided

If you do not provide the personal information specified by the Company, you will not be able to apply for a position with the Company.
